Purchasing a home can be very intimidating, especially when it’s your first, but it’s such an exciting time and we want you to not only enjoy the experience, but also learn along the way. Here are a few things that we encourage you to think about before we have our buyers meeting!
- What is your price range? (Have you been pre-approved? What are you comfortable spending?)
- What are your non-negotiable? (Number of bedrooms, neighbourhood, close to bus routes?)
- Which neighbourhoods have you explored?
- What’s your “dream” list? These are things that are a bonus to the home, but not a deal breaker.
- Are you open to renovations? Or do you want a turn-key home?
- What is your timeframe? Are you strapped for time, or do you have flexibility to find your perfect home?
We’ll discuss everything in detail to ensure that you’re ready to start house hunting! We’ll then set you up on our system called Keystone Matrix which will email you daily new listings that fit your criteria. Once you see something you like, set-up a time with me and we’ll go take a look.
Don’t worry about retaining every little detail at our meeting, we have a booklet for you to take home to keep you on your toes about the entire process.
