He was hosting a socks and mits drive that day which caught our attention. While that house wasn't ours, Chad diligently spent the next few months tirelessly helping us look for our first home. Chad was open and honest about his opinions for each home we toured together, which we came to respect quickly. When we finally found Our home, Chad led the way for us with what seemed like ease. I will never ever forget his phone call when our deal closed and wad accepted. That was 10 years ago now and we're still in love with our first house. Chad is kind and a compassionate listener and will do the work to find what you're looking for. And if he can't, it'll be the closest thing possible.
