• Style of home (Bungalow, Split-level, 2 Storey)
• Desired price point
• Number of bedrooms & bathrooms
• Garage? Attached, detached, single, double, triple?
• Finished basement?
• Additional bonus “wants” such as fireplace, large kitchen island, mudroom, deck.
